Emilie Micheau was recently recruited intothe Altore Team. Ajaccian islander, podium trail runner, nature lover and sensitive to environmental issues, it's no big surprise that she joins the Team already made up ofSylvain Court, the world champion.
In order to get to know her better, we asked her questions about her sports and nutritional routine.
Specific training?
Emilie runs four times a week with an average of 50/60 km and 1000/2000 of D + on average. On the racing side, she ventured into almost all of southern Corsica and a few in Upper Corsica. His best year remains 2019 with 12 podiums to his credit. She has been running since 2017 and has 18 podiums in all. She finished first in the women's white trail in 2020 without knowing the route at all, she beat her own record on the Mezzana Valley trail where she finished 15 minutes ahead of her previous time.
His favorite corner remains the Restonica valley near Corte.
Food ?
As far as food is concerned, Emilie favors "homemade".
Morning routine
For breakfast in general it is porridge, fresh fruit, tea and ginger juice before or after training.
She even makes her morning granola!
Lunch
Lunch balanced plate with lipids, carbohydrates and proteins...
"I prefer homemade and local products"
Example of a dish: organic egg, lamb's lettuce, carrots and homemade tofu-based tart.
Dinner
For a typical evening dish in general I eat vegetables, fish or meat and I make a homemade dessert...
For example: a salmon wok with Asian vegetables and rice noodles and for dessert a bananabread with local strawberries on top.
