The merchant site www.altore.corsica (hereinafter referred to as the "Site") is an e-commerce site accessible through the Internet, open to any user of this network (hereinafter referred to as "Internet user").   1. Object

These general conditions of sale govern the rights and obligations of the Parties resulting from the online sale of the Products offered on the Site, they apply to the exclusion of any other document.


  1. Products

Only the Products appearing on the Site on the day of its consultation by the Customer are offered for sale. Product offers and prices are valid, within the limits of available stocks, as long as they are visible on the site.


  1. Price

We do our best to ensure that information, descriptions and prices are accurate; however, errors may remain. If the price of an item you have ordered turns out to be incorrect, we will inform you as soon as possible and you will have the option of confirming your order at the correct price or canceling it. If we are unable to contact you, we will cancel the order. The prices are indicated in Euros All Taxes Included for the countries of the European Union, United Kingdom excluded. Prices valid for the United Kingdom are displayed in pounds sterling and subject to the country's tax. The Value Added Tax is that in force on French territory, excluding products sold to the United Kingdom. 3.1. Order registration 

The Customer who wishes to place an order chooses the different Product(s) of his choice by clicking on "Add to basket" At any time the Customer can: - check the number of Products contained in his basket and obtain detailed information on each of them them by clicking on "My basket", - continue their selection of Products by clicking on the "Continue shopping" button - complete their order by clicking on the "Validate" button All new Customers must fill in the fields offered to them to create his customer account. The Customer must accurately complete the form made available to him, on which he will include the information necessary for his identification, including his email address and a password of his choice (which will be personal and confidential) which will be used later. to identify themselves on the site. Any Customer who already has a customer account must identify himself after clicking on "Validate", by entering his email address and password. 3.2. Confirmation of the order 

The validation of the basket confirmation constitutes an electronic signature. This signature has between the Parties the same value as a handwritten signature and is proof of the completeness of the order and of the payment of the sums due in execution of the said order. As soon as he has validated his order, the Customer becomes a Buyer. Notwithstanding the application of article R624-3 of the Penal Code, the Customer will pay for his order by credit card (Carte bleue, Visa, Eurocard/Mastercard). 3.3. Payment

3.4 Order acknowledgment 

At the end of the payment, a summary document of the order is sent to the Buyer by e-mail to the e-mail address indicated by him. This document, which serves as acknowledgment of receipt, contains all the constituent elements of the contract entered into between the Parties.


3.5 Discount Codes 

(i) Discount Codes on User Accounts: Discount codes may be offered to account holders at any time. These discount codes can only be used on purchases made through the account for which the discount code was offered and registered. (ii) Promotional discount codes: promotional discount codes applicable to all or certain specified purchases made on the Website may be offered at any time. (iii) Any other terms of use of any discount code will be specified at the time it is issued. The following provisions apply to all ALTORE promotions, contests and discount codes (unless otherwise stated).

  1. Delivery

ALTORE will do its best to ensure that the order is delivered within an average of 3 to 5 working days and a maximum of 10 working days from the day following that of the validation of his order by the Buyer. It is specified that orders placed on the website www.altore.corsica on Friday afternoon, Saturday or Sunday are processed the following Monday. Orders placed on the www.altore.corsica website on a public holiday other than Friday, Saturday and Sunday are also processed the following working day.

The Products ordered by the Buyer are delivered in mainland France and all the countries of the European Union, to the address indicated by the Buyer on the page of the final validation of his order, accompanied by a delivery. The Buyer has the option of having the Products delivered to an address other than his own. Delivery will not be guaranteed in the event of force majeure, transport strikes and/or postal services.


  1. Receipt of order

Upon receipt of the order, the Buyer will check the conformity of the Products received in execution of his order. Any anomaly concerning the delivery (namely: size or color errors, missing or damaged products, damaged packages) must be notified within 15 days of receipt of the Products. Customs duties are not included in the price of the order or in the price of delivery. The customs duties of each country differ and are to be paid by the customer in addition to the amount of his order upon delivery. No refund of the order will be possible in the event of refusal of payment of customs duties by the customer, in which case the order will be lost for the customer.

IMPORTANT NOTE: The order can never be shipped in multiple installments. Unless there is a legitimate reason, any complaint formulated beyond the 15 days following receipt of the Products will be considered inadmissible, and ALTORE cannot be held liable. ALTORE reserves the right to ask the Buyer to return the non-compliant or damaged Product to it. In the event of abnormal or abusive returns, ALTORE may refuse to serve a subsequent order.


  1. Right to retract

The Buyer has a period of seven (7) working days from the date of receipt to return, at his expense, the Product(s) he has ordered. The Product(s) must be returned in its (their) packaging and its (their) original packaging and in new condition. If the aforementioned conditions are met, ALTORE will reimburse the Purchaser for the total amount of his order, within thirty (30) days of receipt by ALTORE of the Products, with the exception of the costs of returning the Products which are the Buyer's expense.

The products we offer are covered by the legal guarantees of French law.


  1. Trades

If at the time of the exchange request the Product(s) is (are) no longer available, ALTORE undertakes to refund/credit the purchase price within thirty (30) days from receipt of the Product(s) by ALTORE. Return of products if you have changed your mind, the legal right of withdrawal and the contractual right to return the products. For all returns, please keep the receipts. Make sure your return is well packaged to avoid damage to the products or boxes. Any returned product that is incomplete, damaged, worn or dirty will not be taken back and it will be returned to you. You can cancel your order within 14 days of receipt, by completing the withdrawal form below. Please send it back to us by e-mail at contact@altore.eu and return the products to us.


8.1 Limitation of Liability

10.1 Force Majeure 

ALTORE will not be responsible for the total or partial non-execution of its obligations under this contract, if this non-execution is caused by an event constituting force majeure, in particular in the event of disruption or total or partial strike in particular of the services. postal and means of transport and/or communication, flood or fire. The Parties agree to consult together as soon as possible in order to determine the terms and conditions for processing the order for the duration of the case of force majeure. Beyond a period of (one) 1 month of interruption due to force majeure, the Parties will be released from their obligations to each other.


10.2. Entire contract 

These general conditions of sale and the order summary sent to the Buyer form a contractual set summarizing all the agreements between the parties.


10.3 Retention and archiving of transactions 

The archiving of invoices is carried out on a reliable and durable medium so as to correspond to a faithful and durable copy.


10.4 Applicable law – Competent courts 

These general conditions of sale and the contractual relationship between ALTORE and the Buyer are subject to French law. In the event of a dispute, exclusive jurisdiction is assigned to the competent French courts. However, ALTORE undertakes to seek an amicable solution before any legal action.


10.5 Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify, defend, indemnify ALTORE, its directors, officers, employees, consultants, agents, affiliates against claims, liability, damages and/or costs incurred by any third party (including, without limitation, legal fees) resulting from your use of the Website or your breach of the Terms of Sale.
