The Altore team was in top form again this weekend! Indeed, this Sunday, February 13, the trail di Sampieru took place, in which Emilie Micheau, one of our best members, participated. Here is all the information you shouldn't miss during this trail.
The Sampieru trail: what is it?
First of all, let's take stock of what the trail di Sampieru is. Organized by the A Suareddesa Association, this short trail takes place every year at the same time, in the small village of Eccica Suarella, in southern Corsica. In 2022, the participants competed in a course starting from the village town hall, which takes place largely under the woods, over a distance of 12km, with a positive altitude difference of 750m. After a promising start, one of our athletes stood out and took first place.

Altore is proud to announce the winner of the trail di Sampieru 2022: Emilie Micheau, who is none other than one of our dearest members of the Altore team. We congratulate her for her performance and perseverance during this race, which allowed her to take first place for women in just 1h16, with a lead of 8 minutes!
